Facility Rentals

The WCSD offers a variety of facility rental options for your next event. You can find all the necessary requirements and details on our facility use rental agreement form. Once you’ve selected a date, please reach out to our office to confirm availability before submitting your application. Facility Use Deposit

Reservations will only be confirmed after both the deposit and application have been received. The deposit is refundable provided the facility is left in a clean condition and there is no damage to the building, tables, or chairs. Rental fees will be deducted from the deposit, and any remaining balance will be refunded. If the rental fees exceed $150, the renter will receive an invoice for the additional amount.

Insurance

General Liability Insurance is mandatory for all renters of WCSD facilities. Applicants must secure General Liability Insurance of $1,000,000 to cover bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage, with the Wrightwood Community Services District named as an insured party. If alcohol will be served, an additional Liquor Liability Insurance of $1,000,000 is also necessary. Both insurance policies must designate the WCSD and its affiliates as additional insured and cannot be canceled without a 30-day notice. If proof of insurance is not submitted at least 21 days prior to the event, facility use will be denied.

There are many online insurance options available for renters that can be discovered with a quick internet search; however, it is advisable to purchase a policy through your existing insurance broker when possible. Alternatively, the WCSD has partnered with The Event Helper to streamline your event insurance purchasing experience.
