Director Martha McFauls

Martha McFauls was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. She and her husband, Ken, transitioned to living in their Wrightwood vacation cabin full-time more than six years ago after selling their primary residence in Apple Valley. Martha has had a special connection to the Wrightwood community for over 16 years as her stepdaughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren all reside in Wrightwood.

Martha earned a full scholarship to USC for the Registered Nursing Program, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in science. In her professional career, Martha worked as a registered nurse for more than 20 years at LAC/USC Medical Center in Los Angeles. After two decades as an RN, she chose to shift her career direction. Martha then took on a role as an Administrative Secretary with the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts. After three years with the Districts, she was presented with the chance to further her education through their continued education program. She attended Cal Poly Pomona, where she achieved her Certificate as a Civil Engineering Technician.
